Mix all ingredients and place in oven-proof dish.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered until hot and bubbly (about 10 minutes).
Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

- 2 portabello mushrooms chopped and sauteed to remove moisture
